We launched a regular soft skills training program for the Lenegewa Women’s Rehabilitation and Skills Development Center’s staff and social workers.
While the broader engagement focuses on strengthening rehabilitation systems and operational structures, this parallel initiative takes a people-centered approach, supporting the teams who will ultimately bring these systems to life.
The sessions focus on building practical workplace competencies that strengthen collaboration, communication, and team integration, helping staff navigate change, work more effectively across roles, and contribute to a more coordinated service environment.
By investing in the skills and cohesion of the team, we aim to support a smoother integration of the redesigned systems and reinforce the organizational culture needed for sustainable impact.
