
Our year-long engagement with MIDROC Investment Group as part of the Advanced Leadership Skills Development Program continues, engaging mid-level managers across MIDROC’s clusters.

During the sessions, participants explored practical leadership tools in key areas, including:

The focus throughout was on helping leaders approach their responsibilities and roles with greater clarity, manage priorities effectively, and lead their teams while maintaining a strong human-centered leadership mindset.
