Mindset Solutions partnered with the National Bank of Ethiopia to deliver the LEAP Leadership Retreat, bringing together the senior-level leadership across the institution to reflect on what it takes to lead through reform and transformation.
Under the theme “From Mandate to Momentum,” leaders explored how policy institutions can sustain stability while driving change, strengthening strategic leadership, digital readiness, and cross-directorate collaboration. The conversations moved beyond alignment toward a shared commitment to execution and institutional momentum.
Through interactive activities and discussion sessions on digital leadership, strategic communication, and results-based leadership, participants examined how leadership culture and coordination will shape the next phase of the Bank’s journey.
