With Group Two of the Advanced Leadership Skills Development Program, we engaged mid-level managers across MIDROC’s clusters under the theme:
“The Human-Centric Leader: Mastering Soft Skills That Drive Performance.”
Through practical sessions, participants strengthened skills in prioritization, team leadership, conflict management, and maintaining balance while embracing a human-centered approach to leadership.
