ማይንድሴት ሶሉሽንስ ለ3 ቀን የቆየ በአመራርና ሰብዕና ልህቀት ዙሪያ ባተኮሩ ርዕሰ ጉዳዮች ላይ ለሁለተኛ ጊዜ ለሚድሮክ ኢንቨስትመንት ግሩፕ ኮርፖሬት ከፍተኛ አመራሮች ስልጠና ሰጥቷል። ስልጠናው በቢሾፍቱ ከተማ በሚገኘው በኖራ ሪዞርት እየተካሄደ ሲሆን ለአንድ አመት የሚቀጥል ነው። በስልጠናው ላይ ዶር ምህረትን ጨምሮ ከፍተኛ የአመራርና የኢንዱስትሪ መሪዎች አሰልጥነዋል።
