Alongside the ongoing systems redesign at the Lenegewa Women’s Rehabilitation and Skill Development Center, we’ve delivered a facilitation-focused soft skills training for the center’s social workers, equipping them to effectively train and support a new incoming cohort.
While the broader engagement focuses on strengthening rehabilitation systems and operational structures, this parallel initiative takes a people-centered approach; investing in those who will directly deliver and sustain these systems on the ground.
The sessions are designed to build practical facilitation skills, strengthening communication, group management, and training delivery. The goal is to enable social workers to confidently guide participants, foster engagement, and create a supportive and structured learning environment for the new batch.
