We’ve just wrapped up the second cycle of our Training-of-Trainers (TOT) journey with the amazing team at MIDROC Investment Group. This phase was truly special.
We moved beyond the foundations. This cycle focused on practical mastery, real-world application, and execution.
The week covered:

We were thrilled to collaborate with Dr. Dereje Tessema and Dr. Ayenachew Aseffa in this cycle. They brought a new perspective and a digital edge to the process, encouraging participants to think bigger, apply faster, and engage more deeply through artificial intelligence and blended learning.
But the real highlight? The shift from theory to practice.
The level of commitment, openness to feedback, and collaborative energy in the room made one thing clear:
