SUMMARY:LEAP Leadership Retreat with the National Bank of Ethiopia
DESCRIPTION:A step towards the fulfillment of “The NBE Challenge”\, a shared commitment by leadership to accelerate digital transformation\, strengthen coordination mechanisms\, and drive institutional innovation across the National Bank! \nMindset Solutions partnered with the National Bank of Ethiopia to deliver the LEAP Leadership Retreat\, bringing together the senior-level leadership across the institution to reflect on what it takes to lead through reform and transformation. \nUnder the theme “From Mandate to Momentum\,” leaders explored how policy institutions can sustain stability while driving change\, strengthening strategic leadership\, digital readiness\, and cross-directorate collaboration. The conversations moved beyond alignment toward a shared commitment to execution and institutional momentum. \nThrough interactive activities and discussion sessions on digital leadership\, strategic communication\, and results-based leadership\, participants examined how leadership culture and coordination will shape the next phase of the Bank’s journey. \n

SUMMARY:Soft Skills Training Program for the Lenegewa Women's Rehabilitation and Skills Development Center
DESCRIPTION:We launched a regular soft skills training program for the Lenegewa Women’s Rehabilitation and Skills Development Center’s staff and social workers. \nWhile the broader engagement focuses on strengthening rehabilitation systems and operational structures\, this parallel initiative takes a people-centered approach\, supporting the teams who will ultimately bring these systems to life. \nThe sessions focus on building practical workplace competencies that strengthen collaboration\, communication\, and team integration\, helping staff navigate change\, work more effectively across roles\, and contribute to a more coordinated service environment. \nBy investing in the skills and cohesion of the team\, we aim to support a smoother integration of the redesigned systems and reinforce the organizational culture needed for sustainable impact. \n
