It is built through consistent standards\, discipline\, and attention to everyday actions. \n• Simplicity strengthens performance. Clear processes\, focused priorities\, and practical solutions help teams deliver results more consistently. \n• Adopt a “customer is the boss” mindset. Every decision\, interaction\, and service standard should be guided by the value and experience delivered to the customer. \nThe day concluded with practical commitments to translate these lessons into stronger service and better results across Chilalo Food Complex and THG Packaging and Printing. \n
