The goal is to enable social workers to confidently guide participants\, foster engagement\, and create a supportive and structured learning environment for the new batch. \nWe are grateful to work alongside dedicated professionals committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable women.

This cycle focused on practical mastery\, real-world application\, and execution. \nThe week covered: \n✅ Coaching and Mentorship✅ Digital and blended learning systems (LMS Development & Integration)\, including AI and emerging learning tools✅ Advanced Presentation Design\, Delivery Skills & Technology Applications✅ Understanding Human Personality and Working with Difficult People✅ The Art of Finishing Well – Training for Impact and Lasting Impression \nWe were thrilled to collaborate with Dr. Dereje Tessema and Dr. Ayenachew Aseffa in this cycle. They brought a new perspective and a digital edge to the process\, encouraging participants to think bigger\, apply faster\, and engage more deeply through artificial intelligence and blended learning. \nBut the real highlight?
