This cycle focused on practical mastery\, real-world application\, and execution. \nThe week covered: \n✅ Coaching and Mentorship✅ Digital and blended learning systems (LMS Development & Integration)\, including AI and emerging learning tools✅ Advanced Presentation Design\, Delivery Skills & Technology Applications✅ Understanding Human Personality and Working with Difficult People✅ The Art of Finishing Well – Training for Impact and Lasting Impression \nWe were thrilled to collaborate with Dr. Dereje Tessema and Dr. Ayenachew Aseffa in this cycle. They brought a new perspective and a digital edge to the process\, encouraging participants to think bigger\, apply faster\, and engage more deeply through artificial intelligence and blended learning. \nBut the real highlight?
