DESCRIPTION:An energizing day yesterday\, reconnecting with the dynamic participants of the MIDROC Investment Group ሚድሮክ ኢንቨስትመንት ግሩፕ TOT Program. Building on the initial session held in May 2025\, we met once again to review their TNAs (Training Need Assessment) and training plans across the various clusters they lead within the Group.\n\n\n\nIn this follow-up session\, participants also had the opportunity to engage in two focused learning segments: a Business & Communication session with Dr. Getachew Dinku\, and a TNA revision workshop with Dr. Tiruye Tiruneh. The team presented their findings and training plans\, receiving thoughtful comments and peer reviews that deepened collective insight and strengthened their next steps.\n\n\n\nIt was especially motivating to witness such a dedicated group actively applying the concepts to enhance their human capital development efforts and capacity-building initiatives across various fields.\n\n\n\nWe’re inspired by the progress we’re seeing\, with trainees implementing their learning in real-world contexts and shaping a new wave of skilled trainers and professionals across the diverse sectors of MIDROC Investment Group.

The discipline\, dedication\, and collaborative spirit the participants brought into the room each day were truly inspiring.
