DESCRIPTION:Following our impactful training with the C-level leadership of MIDROC Investment Group\, we’re proud to continue supporting their journey toward cultivating a cohesive\, values-driven leadership culture across all levels of the 40+ organizations in the Group. \nWe recently concluded a two-round leadership training program tailored for mid-level managers\, designed to enhance alignment across leadership tiers and empower managers to lead with clarity\, consistency\, and purpose. \nThe training focused on four core areas: \n• Integrity and Business Ethics \n• Leadership Excellence in Business Etiquette \n• Customer-Centric Mindset \n• The Emotionally Intelligent Leader \nThrough dynamic\, hands-on sessions\, our expert trainers worked with mid-level managers from six distinct clusters within the MIDROC Investment Group. \n The goal: to build the mindset and capabilities needed to strengthen team cohesion\, elevate customer experience\, champion professionalism\, and lead ethically within their unique contexts. \n\n
