DESCRIPTION:Another action-packed and exciting week at Mindset Solutions with the second round of the Three-Day Women’s Bootcamp Training at the Cooperative Bank of Oromia (COOP)! \n\nBuilding on the success of the first cohort\, this second round brought even more energy\, insight\, and growth: our powerhouse trainers—Dr. Mehret Debebe\, Dr. Hanna Yeshinegus\, Robel Debebe\, and Hiwot Alemayehu returned with refreshed energy and passion to take participants through another transformative journey. \nOnce again\, Master Henok led the group each morning with a 6 AM sports session\, setting a vibrant tone for the day. In the sessions\, participants explored key themes such as Emotional Intelligence\, Customer-Centric Service\, Mentoring & Networking\, and Leading Change as Women through creative activities\, dynamic discussions\, and practical application. \nCongratulations to both rounds of trainees who completed the intensive boot camp and received their certificates from Mindset Solutions and the Cooperative Bank of Oromia. \n\nOur journey with COOP doesn’t end here.
