Excited to kick off a 4-month systems strengthening collaboration with the Lenegewa Women’s Rehabilitation and Skill Development Center, undertaking a structured assessment and redesign of its rehabilitation system to improve services for vulnerable women and support sustainable reintegration.
Over the coming months, our team of skilled experts and specialists will be working with the center to design and strengthen the systems behind their rehabilitation program, building the operational backbone that supports effective service delivery.
From case management and safeguarding to reintegration pathways and training systems, the focus is on creating sustainable structures that enable programs to operate consistently, safely, and at scale.
