Following the mid-level leadership retreat in Bishoftu, we engaged with the C-suite leaders of Bunna Bank in a powerful reflection on what it truly means to lead with value and vision.
Under the shared theme “From Value to Vitality,” senior leaders explored how executive stewardship shapes organizational trust, resilience, and sustained performance. The conversations moved beyond alignment to examine what it takes to embody values at the top, through decision-making, fostering psychological safety, and translating values into lived culture across the organization.
Through highly interactive and reflective sessions, C-level leaders engaged deeply with questions of legacy, collective responsibility, and the critical role of top leadership in anchoring values to realize vision in an increasingly VUCA world.
