An energizing leadership retreat in Bishoftu, bringing together Bunna Bank’s mid-level leaders and directors around the theme “From Value to Vitality.”
The retreat focused on high-trust collaboration, collective leadership, fearless communication, and re-anchoring vision and values, resulting in a shared commitment to stewardship and sustaining meaningful change. The trainings were delivered through highly interactive, engaging, activity-filled sessions facilitated by our skilled trainers, creating space for deep reflection and practical application.
