We recently concluded a two-round leadership training program tailored for mid-level managers, designed to enhance alignment across leadership tiers and empower managers to lead with clarity, consistency, and purpose.
The training focused on four core areas:

• Leadership Excellence in Business Etiquette
• Customer-Centric Mindset
• The Emotionally Intelligent Leader
Through dynamic, hands-on sessions, our expert trainers worked with mid-level managers from six distinct clusters within the MIDROC Investment Group.
The goal: to build the mindset and capabilities needed to strengthen team cohesion, elevate customer experience, champion professionalism, and lead ethically within their unique contexts.
