Our tailored boot camp program was expertly delivered by four powerhouse trainers—Dr. Mehret Debebe, Dr. Hanna Yeshinegus, Robel Debebe, and Hiwot Alemayehu—creating a transformative experience filled with dynamic activities, games, and real-world applications.
Each day began with an energetic 6 AM sports session led by MasterHenok, setting the tone for high-performance learning. The following sessions took a deep dive into Emotional Intelligence, Customer-Centric Service, Mentoring & Networking, and Leading Change as Women, brought to life through interactive activities, games, and real-world applications.
The young participants of COOP also had the incredible opportunity to network with prominent and influential women in the banking sector, developing valuable connections and insights.
The energy and enthusiasm of the group was truly incredible! We wrapped up this first cohort with high hopes and excitement for the next group, which starts in just a few days.
