We concluded a full-day Leadership Development Program with the Ministry of Mines, led by Dr. Mehret Debebe.
The program explored the ‘Marks & Pillars of Excellence’ alongside ‘The Principles of Building and Leading Effective Teams’.
Through presentations, team reflections, and interactive activities, including the Pasta Tower Challenge, participants explored the dynamics of teamwork in practice: communication, collaboration, planning, adaptability, and working toward a shared goal of excellence.
The training created space to connect the activity back to the workplace, highlighting how individual roles, trust, and collective responsibility shape the effectiveness of a team.
